The loom is quite small only 12.5” wide x 13” long x 3.5” high but can be used for tapestry or bead weaving. I did some tapestry weaving and tablet weaving when my kids were little but have never
done bead weaving before. Usually I find something new to do and once I have conquered it I loose interest.
I have always liked weaving except I am finding it a bit hard on the back now so have to figure a way to avoid bending over.
The picture is from the box of the loom and an example of what you can make. My first effort was a friendship bracelet which came from the book my friend from the lower mainland gave me when she was visiting.

Looks like fun. I'm with you ... once mastered ... boring ... what else can I do. Photography, so far, has remained my favourite hobby.
I have never used a loom. Let us see what you make this time. And take care of your back. I read so much and I have to remind myself to sit up straight or my neck hurts. Have a great day, Berni!
Well, it looks like you've got that sussed already!
That bracelet is pretty darn cute.
OK, so I couldn't wait for your answer and did a search of your blog ;-) It IS a beading loom! YAY! I LOVE creating with a bead loom, but haven't done it for years.
Your loom is much nicer than the one I have though... much wider.
HEY - I just thought of something - I have LOTS of loom beading books with many designs - I'd be happy to scan some and e-mail them to you, if you want.
