Well, that is a bummer! Hope they get things working better so we can hear from you on a regular basis. That's really because all your readers are gluttons for punishment and/or are very jealous of your being in a nice, warm place and we have to have our daily input reassuring us that the weather is great, the scenery beautiful, yadda, yadda! Seriously, I do hope they get it taken care of for you though!
